Heerhorst: you can't go wrong with a 303 and some rave stabs

We're pleased to welcome you to our next guest, Heerhorst!

Radio Intense talked to the talent about his upcoming release "Acid Lunch" made in a collaboration with Marc Deal and Discontrol and coming on Codex. Find out more below!
— Hello Bastian! How are you doing? Happy to see you here with us!
— Thanks for having me again! I'm fine!
— To start with, let's talk about what you've been doing in the last couple of years. What would be the highlights of your career development during this time?
— I spent most of the time producing in the studio, learnt a lot of new things production wise while producing all kinds of music, ghost productions and advertisment. Releases on Filth on acid, 1605, terminal m and of course Codex are my highlights as well as some really nice gigs coming up now. Mauritius at end of July is what I'm most looking forward to.I will combine it with a short well deserved holiday.
— What kind of things are aspiring you at the moment?
— Getting inspired by new and old releases and finding out how they where produced to learn new tricks and techniques and always trying to find an own unique fresh sound.
Congratulation on your release "Lost Generations" coming on Codex! What's the story behind the release?
— Thanks! Discontrol and Marc Deal are both friends of mine who booked me under my other alias "Fukkk Offf" a decade ago. Discontrol came up with the idea of "lost generation"and asked me if we want to collaborate on it. We worked remotely on that track and sent ideas back and forth until we where both happy with the result.I will play at one of his awesome Parties at Thndr club Mallorca later this year and maybe find the time to work on another track together with him in his studio. Marc Deal is a long time friend of mine and very active in the Hamburg music scene since the 90ies. After I haven't seen him for a while I met him collaborating with my studio neighbor Fabio Fusko. Marc's powerful vocals fit on any genre so we decided to try a faster rave track together in the Studio and I'm very happy with the result. Acid lunch is another harder acid techno track that I worked on alone during this period. You can't go wrong with a 303 and some rave Stabs.
— Tell us a fun fact about yourself? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
— I'm already 43 but producing and playing Techno for the kids keeps me young. Making music is still my number one hobby and I'm very privileged to make a living from it. Graffiti is another hobby that I still love but mostly done in virtual realitie's "kings spray" nowadays ;)
— Thank you so much for chatting with us today and congrats on your release. To finish off, is there anything else upcoming from yourself that you'd like to share with us?
— Thank you for having me again and happy to reveal my next Collab EP "Time 2 Rave" with Sllin Bourgh and Peter Pahn coming this august on Codex. Also a Collab EP with teenage mutants on terminal m and another track on Umek's 1605
